WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
Imagine for a moment you are laying comfortably and peacefully on the ground. Your completely supported by the Earth. Your breath is long and slow, and your mind and body are becoming totally relaxed. You are about to descend into a deep and relaxing meditation. It begins with the soft tinkles of tiny harmony balls. The sound of the instruments blend gently from one sound to the next. Chimes seem to float above your head. Then the beat of the Buffalo Drum begins to resonate from deep within your chest. Your heartbeat starts to match the soft and steady beat of the drum. Suddenly from what seems to be a far distance, the Earth gong starts to rumble. The Earth gong carries you to a place beyond this Earthly plane. Sound of space surround you and fill your body taking you deeper and deeper into a calm state of being. Simultaneously, a crystal bowl begins to softly vibrate carrying one of the most beautiful sounds you have ever heart to you. Several crystal bowls sing in harmony carrying you to an ever relaxing and meditative state. During this experience, you drop into a place to total relaxation and deep peace.
It is an experience to have. Our bodies “entrain” with the pure sounds of these instruments which brings us back into balance and harmony.
